I have told some of you, others not because I am too damn superstitious...but I got into Clark University's Ph.D program! I am going back to school! (Maybe I am a glutton for punishment!?)
Lisa says it's all beshert, as Clark is the only Holocaust History and Genocide Studies Ph.D program in the world outside of Israel AND it's in Worcester, Mass! Yes, Lisa and I are going to be college roommates - again!
I'm a US Expat living in Vienna, Austria, and am currently researching and writing my dissertation. And distracting myself with the internet.

This is Rosemary here! What a lady you are .... a real fun person ... but taking a quick look through your amazing blog, I know there is another side to you too.
I was thinking a little about the type of reserch and reading it would require to do your Phd. on the Holocost Phew Betsy! What a topic (?) you decided to choose!
Not just anyone could take up such a study ... but I think , I hope it will go really well for you.
You do seem to have a balance that you will be able to reserch and still be able to continue with your lovely open and happy attitude/ways! (I haven't put that very well .. no matter!).

I'm not going to even try to pretend I undrstand exactly what your Phd. will involve but you do seem to be really pleased that you will be starting this year,(when exactly I don't remember).
